At PURIE, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple 7-day return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Return
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Sale, discounted, or clearance items.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Return/Refund
1. Contact our customer support team at support@purie.in or call us on 9891246728 within 7 days of delivery.
2. Our team will guide you with the return process and pickup/shipping details.
3. Send the product securely packed back to us.
Exchange Option
Instead of a refund, you may also request an exchange for another PURIE product of equal or higher value (price difference applies).
