Orders & acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we dispatch the products. We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund of any amount paid) in cases of pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud or misuse, stock unavailability, or delivery serviceability issues. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact details at checkout.

Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and offers may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets). Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders; any COD handling fee is shown clearly at checkout. For COD orders, please pay the exact order amount to the delivery partner.

Shipping, cancellations & returns

Shipping timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
