How to use
- Step 1
Through the day: 1 tsp basil seeds or gond katira soaked 15 minutes in a glass of water, then drink
- Step 2
Night (or 1–2 hrs after a meal): 1–2 tsp Isabgol in a full glass of water, drunk immediately, followed by more water
- Step 3
After meals: a cup of lemongrass tea
Increase fibre gradually and drink plenty of water. Keep Isabgol about 2 hours apart from any medicines. If you have a diagnosed digestive condition such as IBS, or ongoing symptoms, please check with your doctor first. This kit is here to gently support a sensitive gut, as part of a balanced diet.
